Personal Training
Personal Training (2 Sessions Per Week)

What does my PT include?
- Diet Plan/ Nutritional Guidance - Fully tailored diet plan based off of foods that’s you enjoy eating and based off your goals (fat loss/muscle gain etc)
- Training Plan - You will receive a full personal training plan to be used in the gym! Completely based off your own personal goals and ability!
- Weekly Check in - Each week, you will send updates through WhatsApp. Updates will include your Weight, Updated pictures, and how the week went. This is done to ensure you’re progressing towards your goal and any changes to diet etc will be made on this day.
- 24/7 support through WhatsApp - You can message me any time on what’s app with any questions etc and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Nutritional Coaching
Tailored Nutrition Plan
What does this include?
- Tailored Nutrition Plan to you and your goals.
- Every meal will consist of foods you like and want to eat.
- This will include a wide range of different meals as well as meal ideas to make them even more delicious!
- Meals will be updated weekly to add variety and keep you happy and satisfied.
- You will recieve 4-6 days worth of a meals at a time and a meal can be changed to suit you more at any time.
- 24/7 Support through WhatsApp for any questions or queries you have regarding your meals.
Online Coaching
